【试】Borneo Rainforest

今晚要试吃的食物味道偏于东马口味
喔! 是东马食物耶~

对于东马食物
版主只是吃过小档口的砂劳越干捞面
真是个大乡里出省的阿莲  ^o^''

今晚要品尝 3 道美食和 2 种饮料
首先登场的是饮料……

Tuak Mojito - Borneo Rainforest signature cocktail! Mojito with a twist of Tuak! Our very own Borneo rice wine!

Tuak 米酒和 Mojito 的结晶品。
酒量浅的版主觉得味道还可以接受,是 OK 的。
喝完有点 High High 的……

Lemongrass Ginger Tea - Our signature beverage, helps in aiding digestion, calming nervous disorders and helping in the treatment of high blood pressure. Filled with vitamin A and is good for "those who wish to have bright eyes and clear skin!'. Freshly made from our kitchen - RM5.50
淡淡的柠檬草香 + 很重姜味的姜茶。
喜欢,因为它唤起版主在台湾九份那里吃的芋圆姜汤……

美食来咯~

Mee Kolok - Flat noodles in black soya sauce blanched & topped with minced meat served with homemade chicken broth - RM13.90


干捞面的口感很有嚼经,牛肉块煮得入味,不会干得像材皮。好吃耶~
听说,原本的砂劳越干捞面的颜色是白白的,为了迎接本地人的口味才加了黑豉油……


看得见,也体会得到…… 厨师们很用心于配角 —— 菇菇番茄汤。

Laksa Sarawak - Rice vermicelli served in a rich chili spiced gravy of coconut milk, prawn & chicken stock topped with prawns, egg shreds & shredded chicken - RM14.90

这 Laksa 浓汤甜甜辣辣的,那辣度还可以接受。
但,加了点旁边那碟辣椒,版主开始冒汗、流鼻涕,并发出 “斯斯声”。

Sarawak Umai - Traditional Sarawakian pickled mackerel in lime chilies & ginger - RM13.90
喔~ 很有新年时吃七彩鱼生的 Fu…… 生鱼片很新鲜,口感不错。
