今年的父亲节
对我们一家来说更为珍惜~
在刘爹爹经过他人生的最大的关卡后
重生的第一个父亲节

虽然他现在必须戒口
很多东西都不能吃
贪吃的他还是抱着什么都可以吃
但分量不多的态度
希望他真的可以把持得住~

上海鲜肉锅贴 Shanghainese Pan-fried Dumplings - RM8
一碟上海鲜肉锅贴有 3 粒。版主手脚超慢的,最后只能拍自己那一份咯~ 赶紧拍完,趁热吃。
锅贴的皮比小笼包的皮厚一点点,底部煎至焦黄微脆,内馅甜美,还有一些可口的汤头。

上海小笼包 Shanghainese Steamed Meat Dumplings - RM9.80
小笼包起源于上海南翔镇,形似晶莹剔透的宝塔。由正宗上海点心师傅主理,采用加拿大高筋面粉制作精巧外皮,每个包子都有18个摺,馅心乃用腿肉、姜末、肉皮冻调制而成,讲究的是汤鲜馅美,上桌时掀开热腾腾的蒸笼,以筷子夹起盛在汤匙上,先啄开一小孔,啜饮热呼呼的鲜汤,复而佐以姜丝香醋才能品尝到小笼包的真滋味。
The crystal pagoda-shaped XIAO LONG BAO (Shanghainese Steamed Meat Dumplings) originated from Shanghai's Nanxiang Town. Every steamed specialty dumplings is skillfully handmade, each displaying at least 18 delicate folds. The filling is a skillfully-balanced mix of minced pork shank, ginger and natural pork skin gelatin, which, after steaming, melts into a tasty, delicious soup. To eat it, lift the dumpling gently and place it on a spoon, then pinch small a hole at the base. Carefully sip the hot melted soup before consuming the dumpling with the shredded ginger and Chinese black vinegar condiment it is served with for that perfect gourmet taste.

清炒/蒜茸时蔬 Stir-fried/Sauteed Fresh Seasonal Vegetables with Minced Garlic - RM18
菠菜的茎很清脆,好吃!

花雕酒醉鸡 Chilled Dunken Chicken with "Hua Diao" Rice Wine - RM16
我们把特选的走地鸡先用文火煮熟,然后以含有大量花雕酒和少许香料的卤水中浸泡至入味,制造出这道肉甜酒香的镇店冷盘。
To create this signature cold plate, we cook the specially selected farm chicken in low heat, and then soak it in a Chinese wine base with condiments until it is totally infused with the flavor.
铺满一个饭碗的分量,但…… 看起来挺小份的。
这镇店冷盘,闻到花雕味,吃到鸡肉味,但版主却觉得两个味道是独立的。

外婆红烧肉(配花包)Braised Pork in Shanghainese Style (Served with Steamed Roll) - RM26
新推出的菜肴,红烧肉煮至焖软,入口即化,味道偏向咸甜。

花包夹包红烧肉,喜欢!

菲姐终于来了
我们又和部长要 Menu 加码了……

油浸石斑 Deep-fried Garoupa with Soya Fish Sauce - RM13/100gm
上桌时,除了分量大以外,也给卖相吓到……
这条石斑油浸得黑金金的,只有外皮脆口可言。
豉油酱汁味道还不错,很下饭。

招牌菜肴之一,挺香腊肠味的~
